Charm is 11.2 and as you can see in the photos, a very solid mare with dense bone. She is a bay with roaning in her flanks. Her sire is bay with rabicano pattern (skunk tail, white chin, roaning on flanks) Her dam is sooty palomino. Charm is not a mare that runs up to greet me, but she is easy to handle, curious, bold, and gets along well with her herd. She has no vices and can be kept in the pasture or in a stall when the weather is poor. She is middle of the herd in hierarchy. She is a good momma to her foals, quite protective well into the third and fourth month of the foal's life. Charm is a very typey Welsh Mountain Pony mare with exemplary conformation. She has good, forward movement with some lift to her knee and good extension. She pushes from behind and uses her hocks well. She has never had any sort of health issue and is an easy keeper that can be turned out to pasture without limit. She has had two colts and is due to foal again Spring 2021. Her foals both have beautiful conformation and are solid with dense bone like Charm. She has no show record but both sire and dam have won class Champion and overall Section A Champion at multiple Welsh breed shows.
