Muse is one of two new mares added to our breeding program last year. She was imported from the UK as a foal. Muse is 11.3 3/4 hands. Her foal color is not known as it's not included on her registration from the UK. She competed at a few Welsh breed shows between the years 2004 to 2008 and accumulated 765 points in halter classes. Muse has great conformation and is arguably our most typey Welsh mare here at The Willows. She also has excellent Welsh movement. We included the poor quality photo above because it's all we currently have showing her great extension and animation. Video coming in the spring, 2021. Muse has a sweet temperament and loves standing close, begging for scratches. She is top of the hierarchy in her broodmare band. Muse has had one foal so far sired by High Hopes Prowler. Both Muse and her son have been trained to drive. We will breed Muse to Asgard Squire in spring 2021. If a filly, she will be retained. If a colt, he is already reserved for a client. We have high hopes for this cross with Squire.
